Concertul, regizat de Radu Mihăileanu, a fost nominalizat la premiul Lumiere pentru cel mai bun scenariu. Aceste distincţii sunt considerate echivalentul francez al Globurilor de Aur. Scenariul peliculei este scris de Radu Mihăileanu, Alain-Michel Blanc, Matthew Robbins, Hector Cabello Reyes şi Thierry Degrandi.
Premiile Lumiere sunt acordate de corespondenţii străini de presă din Paris. Gala de decernare a premiilor Lumiere va avea loc pe 15 ianuarie.
